You can top up via: 7-Eleven (cash deposit), FPS, Alipay, SAMAPAY internal transfer (from another user)
Can I use the money immediately after top-up?
It depends on the top-up method:

Why can't I use my SAMAPAY balance directly with the MasterCard?
Before using your balance with the MasterCard, you must first transfer funds from your core account to your card.
